Comment: James arrived al the designated time. We walked through the area, and he explained exactly what he would be doing. He proceeded with the cleaning as discussed. There were no issues. James was neat, clean, and well mannered. The job was completed in a satisfactory length of time and was well done.

We had Curtis come and clean our couch’s, rugs, and he did our air ducts as well! He has come to home three different times and we had a great experience every time. Very respectful and was on time. We will definitely be using them again!

We used Yelp to get estimates for cleaning the carpet in 3 bedrooms. Yelp made it easy and I had 5 companies contact me about the jobs.

After checking prices and what they did we chose Teasdale Fenton Sarasota for the job. We selected a date for them to come out. I made sure the rooms were vacuumed and had anything that could be removed was moved (like a chair or a chest in rooms) so they could get as much as possible.

Walt came out. He has been working in this business and owned the business before. He did a very thorough job in the rooms and cleaned up behind him where the hose from the truck came in the house. We had some traffic area stains from the previous owner. He said it was not bad and it came out with the normal cleaning. The carpet looks great. They do charge $5 for virus cleaning-where they do a special cleaning through their system so things from one house are not transmitted to another. I'm pretty sure the soap and water would remove it but happy they take the care to be safe.

I recommend Teasdale Fenton Sarasota to do carpets. They do tile and grout and many other items, too, so check them out. I would definitely call them again to do any other jobs we had. Pictures of carpet to come when it dries completely.

Comment: Easy to book online. Called to verify after booking online. Received an email reminding of service coming. I emailed day of asking a question and received an email right away with an answer. The tech called me when on the way. Excellent communication and the carpets are CLEAN now!

Comment: Personnel are well trained professional and courteous. They know their product and do a careful excellent job whether working on wood carpeting or leather. I am very pleased with their work and I have already recommended them to others

Comment: The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He went out of his way to help clean dining room chairs.

Comment: James was thorough and professional. He found a way to get the equipment he needed into my suite, not an easy task. Once set up he worked quickly and was very polite at all times. He called earlier than scheduled and had the job completed before it has been supposed to begin! The representative who answered the phone before 9 am arranged the appointment for the very day I called!

Comment: Professional. Got the dirt off the ceiling from the air duct. I mentioned the mark on the ceiling. I did not ask for it to be cleaned. I did not know the dirt mark or exhaust from the dirty air ducts could be cleaned. I thought I would have to repaint. After they left I noticed the ceiling mark had been removed and cleaned (or vacuumed). The carpets looked great. So happy! :)
