A: We move light furniture. We may ask you to move heavier or fragile items before our arrival.

Q: Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

A: Yes. All products are eco-friendly and pet-safe.

Q: Do you guarantee stain removal?

A: We offer a 10-Day Stain Guarantee: if a treated stain reappears within 10 days, we will return at no additional cost.

Q: How often should I get my carpets cleaned?

A: Every 6–12 months is recommended, or more frequently for high-traffic areas or homes with pets. We offer a preferred customer program and can schedule recurring appointments.

Q: How long does carpet cleaning take and when can I walk on it?

Time varies by room size and carpet condition. Carpets typically dry within 6–8 hours. You can walk on the carpet immediately with clean white socks, but avoid heavy traffic until fully dry.
