- Comment: The experience from start to finish was flawless. The staff was patient and informative on first contact, Good Follow up. Jim the technician was on time, friendly and professional. He was genuinely interested in doing a great job for us. Outstanding company. The team did a deep clean on a new VCT floor installation and followed with high gloss wax application.
