About Rich Butler:

Rich has owned and managed more than 23 apartment units, homes, and strip centers. Over the past 41 years, he has worked extensively with subcontractors across a wide range of trades, from roofing to flooring, and has collaborated with engineers and the EPA through multiple project phases.

His property management company earned certification as both a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and a Small Disadvantaged Business, helping the company secure numerous contracts over the years.

Outside of work, Rich enjoys visiting the beach, swimming, attending concerts and church, and watching football. College football is his favorite, with the NFL a close second.

He served four years in the United States Air Force. Has been an FFA member as well as a volunteer with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Moved from Chicago to Sarasota. Movers, Moving Depot, were horrible. My sofa, mattress, carpet were badly stained. Teasdale-Fenton did a wonderful job removing the stains. Very happy with the results.Mary Wallace
