The property manager requested an emergency move-out inspection and mold remediation assessment due to concerns regarding surface microbial growth around ceiling supply vents, water heater utility areas, and ductwork penetrations across the rental property.

Our certified mold remediation team performed a comprehensive move-out inspection of the HVAC ventilation system, utility room, and duct plenum penetrations. We inspected condensation staining and microbial spotting around the ceiling vents and foil-wrapped duct seams, wiped down and sanitized affected surfaces using an EPA-registered antimicrobial disinfectant solution, evaluated moisture levels around the water heater base, and recommended routine HVAC maintenance to regulate relative humidity levels prior to new tenant occupancy.
