Commercial partners requested emergency water extraction and mitigation services following a severe plumbing leak inside an HVAC and utility riser shaft that saturated common hallway carpeting across multiple unit entrances.

Our commercial mitigation team responded immediately to contain the water loss. We identified the source of intrusion behind damaged wall insulation in the utility closet, performed high-capacity weighted water extraction across the saturated corridor carpet using commercial extractors, treated the area with an EPA-registered antimicrobial disinfectant to prevent microbial growth, and set up industrial air movers and dehumidifiers to thoroughly dry the carpet, underlay, and adjacent wall cavities.
