The customer experienced a sudden water intrusion event originating from the ceiling space above their commercial kitchen, resulting in water leaking through the suspended drop ceiling and pooling across the tiled prep area floor.

Our emergency restoration team immediately installed heavy-duty plastic containment sheeting to funnel the overhead leak and protect the commercial equipment below. We safely removed the compromised acoustic ceiling tiles to expose the wet cavity, extracted the standing water from the quarry tile flooring, and deployed industrial-grade dehumidifiers to thoroughly dry the affected space and minimize business interruption.
