The customer contacted us following a severe plumbing emergency where a burst fire suppression pipe caused significant water intrusion across multiple levels of a commercial building. The resulting flood affected floors 1 through 10, creating pooling water on concrete stairwell landings and thoroughly saturating the commercial carpet tiles in the corridors.
We mobilized a large-scale commercial water damage restoration team to immediately address the multi-floor flooding. Our technicians performed rapid water extraction to remove standing water from the concrete stairwells and utilized specialized equipment to extract moisture from the saturated carpet tiles. Following extraction, we deployed high-capacity industrial air movers and commercial dehumidifiers across all affected floors to ensure complete structural drying, mitigate secondary damage, and safely restore the building to normal operations.
