The customer required urgent assistance following a significant ceiling collapse in a bedroom. The failure of the ceiling materials exposed internal insulation and structural components, creating a hazardous environment and potentially damaging sensitive electronics and furniture within the room.

We performed a comprehensive water damage assessment and emergency mitigation. Our team utilised advanced moisture detection equipment to identify the extent of the intrusion and ensure all affected areas were mapped. We initiated the removal of debris and damaged building materials, followed by professional drying and dehumidification to stabilise the environment and prevent secondary damage or mould growth.
